You don't have to create a new album for each photo. It is more inviting for members to browse through your images if they are in fewer albums ;)

Thanks for your wall post, im not in any position to give you advice because im on the same level as you, but if you want my opinion here it is, your pictures are great..you look classy and u have something different about you.. instead of going for the plastic look your just being yourself :) ... also good luck getting professional shoots..just don't get your hopes up before you have all the details ... i got offered to do a shoot for people called 'diesel' and it turned out to be a complete let down.. but keep trying if that happens, i am :) x

Yeah, I agree with both comments above. I think your pics show potential too! Maybe you could find a photographer whose work you like (who is experienced and you'd feel safe working with) and would be willing to do TF* work with you to get some pro photos to add to your portfolio?
Obviously also find someone who not only takes pics you like, but takes the kinds of pics you think would benefit you in the direction you'd like to go in modelling. Artistic B&W, retro, commercial etc...
